The WR CJR is a peer to peer tool to help managers identify opportunities in their own branch for their own customers.
The WR CJR is used to provide a structured review of a branch, based on business-agree standards.
The app will allow you to publish reporting of the branch review, with supporting photographs and action plan lists to enable prioritisation and implementation for the branch teams.
Access to the app is restricted and upskilling is required before permission to use the app will be granted. Contact your RT Champion to gain access and begin using the app.
